Hygiene Plan

At Vijusa we develop Hygiene Plans customized to the needs of our clients as per the regulations of the European Directive 93/43/EEC carried over to the Royal Decree 2207/95 General hygiene standard of food products and methods for compliance with these standards.
A prior assessment of the products, equipment, and means used to establish and implement the HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control point) is needed, to be carried out through comprehensive quality programs, posters, procedures, and check lists in line with the client’s and the public administration’s needs, all this with the quality guarantee certified under regulation ISO 9001:2015 for our manufactured products.
